They were back within ... Read MoreI called Krantz when my air went out in early July. They came out within 24 hours to review my existing (1996) system. We discussed their assessment and decided on a new system. They were back within a week to install the new system and new thermostat. They arrived on time, fully prepared for the scheduled work. They cleaned up after they were finished. And they followed up with service people and quality control people to ensure everything was complete/accurate. Read Less
